That impact was recently demonstrated with the donation of 7,500 Food for Kidz meals to the Kandiyohi County Food Shelf, where the meals will help provide nutritious food for children and families throughout the summer.
Beginning with the Food Shelf’s Parking Lot Giveaway program, these meals will be distributed to local families, ensuring children have access to nutritious food when school is out and household food needs often increase.
